Site Condition:

[x] The textfield for acres is not working with empty value, look at NumberTextField.js

Speceies Selection:

[ ] Some species are not showing (Like cowpea for zone 9)
[x] Some species have the warning for seeding date while they are in the correct window.

Mix Ratio:

[x] The single species seeding rate should be adjustable.

Seeding Method:

[x] Change the styling of the dropdown selection, and the selected method to make them more obvious.
[x] Cultivation should be changed to Cultivation/In Corporation

Review Mix:

[x] Update the styling or barchart, show all charts for each step while keep the buttons under, highlight the current bar.
[x] For some states the percent of rate is not shown correctly.

others:

[x] Add disclaimer to each steps: "You can edit this in furthur steps"
[ ] Change the steps order, move Seed Tag Info
