Selector design updates #652

What's wrong

  1. Instructions and dropdown above map
  2. edges of the search box to the same width as the sidebar
  3. In addition to the blue image, can we do a full color row fill of light blue or gray to have selected rows stand out (do what works easy with how our rows are formed.)
