Rationale

Stakeholders want a confirmation email with a confirmation number after they submit an application.

Craft- FL requested Tina and Sarah will test it.

To begin, Trevor will need access to Azure email service.

[ ] Add Craft's generic email to the template
[ ] set-up webhook in Kobo to get the submissions
[ ] Parse out of form: email and form _id (as the confirmation number)
[ ] test flow
