At 99% of proof upload got Response 500 and afterwards got error_status 409 error_message 'Conflict' error_description Proof already uploaded.

That seems fine. The proof was actually uploaded the first time, but a spurious 500 came back from the server. On re-try we realize everything is fine. Is there a persisting problem?
