Markdown Improvements #278

Hello!

I recently started using GpuOwl and thought I'd offer up some minor improvements to the Markdown files in the project. The changes include:

  1. Added LaTeX for some mathematical formulas.
  2. Added spaces after headings. This makes it easier to read in raw format, but doesn't change the look of the README.
  3. Added config.txt to "Files used by GpuOwl".
  4. Various grammatical fixes. Added periods consistently, fixed some proper nouns, etc.
  5. Other miscellaneous markdown linting.

Let me know if there's anything you would like me to change. Otherwise, I hope we can get this merged!
