• [x] :smiling_face_with_tear: (temporaray) comment median_absolute_deviation for tsfel tests => due to unupdated scipy dependency: https://github.com/fraunhoferportugal/tsfel/issues/123
• [x] :pray: wait for numba Python 3.11 support https://github.com/numba/numba/issues/8304 => is necessary for stumpy, which is a dependency of tsfresh
• [x] :broom: remove locked fastparquet dependency and use pyarrow instead
  • [x] update notebooks!
• [x] fix issue on windows python 3.10
