Change Mandarin chatbot to chat route. #2

The Mandarin chatbot currently uses the completions endpoint because Yi is not in the chat route, so when it is added the app will need to be switched to the chat route.

I have a version of the Mandarin chatbot locally that has all of the necessary changes in it ready to go when we switch over.
