ipynb files that are part of the CPC protocol
requirements.txt of the BLR protocol
ipynbs that are part of the BLR protocol folder that have passed testing so far (BLR_normativemodelling_protocol.ipynb, transfer.ipynb, visualisations.ipynb)
In addition, this PR updates the 'other_predictive_models.ipynb and 'post_hoc_analysis.ipynb' notebooks of the BLR protocol regarding deprecated functions in the sklean and numpy library.
