Another Mangled Starting Price #50

A ValueError (could not convert string to float: '10.4.60') occurs when trying to parse a starting price for one of the performances for runner 8 in race 1 at Hobart Inside Track on 2010-12-12.

The error relates to the performance at Launceston on 2009-11-22 for the horse at https://www.punters.com.au/horses/Jurassic_17595/
