IE11: Demo/More column types page is missing the last column/appointment. #776

Description

The demo page: More column types demo in IE11 is missing the last column appointment. I thought it might be a busted horizontal scrollbar at first, but don't see the column in the code snippet at all. All columns look fine in Chrome, Safari10 and FF58.
