trying to fix sauce part of the build by increasing the timeout from 300 to 600sec

The tests need to be functional and/or unit tests, written for the wct framework, and placed in the test folder, following our testing guidelines.

Closing, safari timeout issues with saucelabs has been resolved by setting the host OS to High Sierra.
