Shift input for ceaser shift goes into infinite loop

Description

In the ceaser shift, when the shift which is not a digit is entered, the code goes into an infinite loop.

Bug Replication

1) Enter choice 2 in the main menu.
2) Enter any message. 3) Enter a character for the key and press enter.

Bounty points alloted : 50
Any further improvements along with bug fixes will be given brownie points. If the countributor sees any further inprovements that can be done to this project ,raise an issue.
