Capital letters not accepted in Atbash
Description
The atbash cipher encrypts lower cases letters , but for upper case letters the ciphertext is the same as plaintext.
Understanding code
The current code checks if the character in string is an alphabet, and is in lower case. It then encrypts it according to the rules of ceaser cipher(ceaser_explain.txt). For uppercase, the text is not encrypted. Write a code snippet to encrypt uppercase alphabets also.
