O2 DSL Connection failure

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying the following configuration used from
http://www.ip-phone-forum.de/showthread.php?t=159016

User Name: 49431xxxxxxx (telephone number)
Password: (Password)
Authorization User Name: RETCSxxxxxxxxx (user name)
server: sip.o2online.de
proxy:sip.o2online.de

siphon always tells me-> forbidden

What version of the product are you using? 20090104

Do you have a hint for me, whether I configured something wrong?

I tried the applications x-lite and phoner on my windows system. Both work 
perfectly.
So my data should be correct...

omg, pls delete this... i removed proy , now it sais connected, sorry for this.
but you could put this to your sip conf page:

o2 germany:
User Name: 49xxxxxxx (telephone number)
Password: (Password)
Authorization User Name: RETCSxxxxxxxxx (user name)
server: sip.o2online.de

i'll add more, as soon as I tested everything
