Append a 9 to all contacts when Dialing out #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This application is great because you can use the address book. However 
my Asterisk box requires me to dial 9. Is there a way to append a 9 from 
this on the SIPHON or do you have to do this on the asterisk box?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Have to dial 9 everytime

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version

I think this issue is the same that issue 101 and issue 102
