Add support for multiple charts

Motivation

We need to add support for releasing different charts in the charts repo.

• ~This could be implemented with lerna, in a similar way as the prefapp/features repo:~ https://github.com/prefapp/backstage-cdktf/issues/75
• Finally we see that combining npm workspaces and release-please should be enough (we don't need lerna): https://github.com/prefapp/backstage-cdktf/issues/75#issuecomment-1228205595

Acceptance criteria

• [x] Multiple charts releases are available triggered from a workflow_dispatch release workflow, with the choices of the Chart to release
• [x] Release of multiple charts tested

Besides the support for multiple charts, we added a PR Verify with the helm linter and template. It would be nice that we can execute the "helm test" command. That command ensures the kubernetes artifacts are ok, but we need a cluster to test it.
