I'm using Windows 10 on a 64bit machine and the plugin does not work.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Could you please visit https://demo.yubico.com/u2f and try to register on that page, after doing that open add-on manager, and after choosing u2f add-on clicking on "show logs" button, and copy/pasting data from that? This may give me information about what's going on

Hi Pawel,

I did what you asked and apparently it works, but for some reason when I try to authenticate using DUO Security, which advertise Yubikey heavily, it says that the browser I'm using does not support U2F.

Any idea why I would be getting such a message?

I appreciate your help.

@mmaldona It's possible that the website “detects” U2F support by checking which browser you are using. Can you check if this service works with Firefox under Linux?

Hi @mmaldona In order to solve this bug can you provide the answer to the question here above ?

Thanks
