Upload to crates.io? #1047

The last version published to crates is 0.7.0. Would it be possible to upload the latest versions?

We are currently using a custom fork for documentation generation from clap. That's what's preventing us from uploading a version. However, this CLI doc generation is not needed at all except for our internal use case.

We could either vendor this, or inject the dependency with sed or something like that in teh github pipeline that generates the docs.

I think Ruben said that he didn't make a PR to upstream because his changes were too substantial.
