Change OIO prefix to oboInOwl #21

It seems that the prefix for the same URI http://www.geneontology.org/formats/oboInOwl# is different between monarch_context.jsonld and go_obo_context.jsonld.

did you manually edit? This file should be derived from the upstream monarch file

@cmungall Thanks for checking in on this. Yes, the file was manually edited.

I'll close this PR and create a new one with the generated JSON-LD context file.
