Update Monarch context #31

Update monarch_context.jsonld to match with Dipper's CURIE yaml.

Looks like we have an open PR here that never got merged: https://github.com/prefixcommons/biocontext/pull/22 - what is the process for getting these merged? I don't have permissions on this repo

Should we create a webhook that regens this file every time the monarch curie map is updated? Or pull on some periodic basis from https://archive.monarchinitiative.org/latest/translationtable/curie_map.yaml ?

webhook or github actions? I believe you can just do this regularly e.g. every day or week with actions

we have the same issue with go
