Dependencies outdated in container definition #39

Hi,

Was trying this today as NVIDIA's official container requires a internet access.

The dependencies for Python and Jax seem to be a bit out of date in the recipe and it leads to failures.

If this is still maintained it would be worth updating those, I'm working on new definition now.
