What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate nocturne
2. don't hide the desktop
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nocturne disabled the window shadow, not the text shadow.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
nocturne 2.0
snow leopard 10.6.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Nocturne is great, thanks. I need it for disabled people with low vision. 
Invert the video is useless whithout disabled the shadow. The text is 
unreadable.
