What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Nocturne
2. Run iTunes (for example)
3. Set iTunes to Full screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Menu bar overlays application. Same for all full screen apps

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OSX Lion

Please provide any additional information below.
