What steps will reproduce the problem?
Happens when starting or when many apps are open. For example setting the
toolbar to black will cause it to flash when an app is open, when typing etc.
Dim makes it worse.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not to flash.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nocturne 2.0.0 on OSX
