Fix handling of players getting disconnected from the game #100

This is a giant ball of F**K!!!!! currently, as it seems the code is outdated and does not actually handle things nicely for the player which gets disconnected - See:

What should happen when a player gets disconnected:

save the last set of know data to the db
remove any items the character might have dropped due to dying (like money)
remove any further leftovers.
