Improve server FPS by adding a caching script #103

Main improvement would be for spawned objects on the map.

I need to take a closer look at the code first, we mainly need to be able to cache Objects and Vehicles not AI (at least not yet ;) ).

We now have a FPS display for everybody so we can now nicely verify that the FPS is improving with this ^^
