@CeltS-Dubbz261 Will be at a friends for some beer and gaming tonight not sure when Ill get home but I case you want to test this stuff tonight here is a test plan:

Cop and Civ, Cop charges civ with crimes which after maximal a minute should be correctly displayed for the Civ. Relogging etc should not have any impact.

2 cops. Cop A dies, Cop B checks if there is any way to pick up anything from Cop A (which should be absolutely stripped down to nothing. Afterwards Cop B revives Cop A and Cop A checks that all equipment is still in order (tested respawning already by myself)

2 players, Player a logs in as a cop player b as a civ, player a restrains player b and relogs as civ and tries to unrestrain player b.y

2 players, both start as civs. Player a zip-ties player b and relogs as a cop, player a should be able to unrestrain the zip-tied player b.

3 players, at least 1 as cop and 1 as civ. Cop restrains civ and starts escorting the civ, 3rd player kills the cop. The restrained civilian should enter the normal restrained state again without the ability to wiggle around etc.

2 players, player a restrains player b and if player a is a cop moves more than 30 meters away from player b. After 15 minutes player b should be automatically unrestrained (no mater if restrained by a cop or zip-tied by a civilian)

I also killed a civ and then revived him. He lost all of his gear and was back in the default civ load out after being revived (he still had his main weapon as it had dropped on the floor).
