same thing happens if you put it in your bag or vehicle. I think it just happens if you abort out and back in. It doesn't happen to the sniper rifle as tje gun comes with the scope as standard. It effects all weapon accessories, not just scopes.

OK so this seems to be a general bug which is more arma related, might be still worth fixing.
