No money received when selling vehicles #13

When a player sells a vehicle at the car shop they don't get the money from it. I've only tested at the Kavala car shop and haven't test boat / air shop.

I have a good idea what is causing this, will get it fixed tonight in master.

... nup dont have an idea only an suspicion, the whole car storage is handled via some ominous files which are not named appropriately for some reason .... need to spend some time diving into that code before I even get close to understanding that stuff.

I'm gona fix this one in the VehicleWonderland branch, reworking all that code there anyway.

there is a fix for this in 3.1.4.8 so closing this a a duplicate #67
