Adding in platinum mining #47

I've added it into a new branch. I changed the sand stuff to platinum as no one does sand. All is ready for testing but I haven't got time so will test and add to main branch tomorrow. I also merged the diamond trader and platinum trader to the same NPC to make it a prime target for robberies.
