the fix up list looks great and should get rid of a bunch of errors we are seeing.

Made branch for this and merged everything in, however I would recommend to first get the Bugfix stuff into here - except the 2 issues mentioned above and some DB improvements there isnt really anything in this update.

PS. This is also a good point to create a feature list, just compare our current file set with the vanilla one and TADAAAAA!

Cool beans. Sounds good. This isn't going to bugger up lots of the smaller changes we made though will it like 3.1.4.6 did?

No I only ported over new stuff and tried to keep it to the minimum, essentially just stuff we haven't changed on our end - good example is gathering, while they have a fix for the holding down of the actionKey its implemented very badly and leaves fishing still in the same broken state, so I just didn't even bother with it.

Main changes are:

using a newer ExtDB api version (improves performance)
better Partial and Asynchron Calls between Client, Server and DB (improves performance)
a new StoredProcedure for the DB to clean up gangs (improves performance)
a rework of the message broadcast system (includes now a feature to translate the broadcasted message internally rather than having to pass it in) - not the best way of doing this but we haven't changed anything of this on our end so I think at the current state its better to keep it in sync with the vanilla version.
some fix ups in SpyGlass (will make the server more secure against hacking)
the 2 Issues mentioned above
Medic Loadouts dont get overwritten anymore at login and should behave similarly to civs now.
A fix for spawning in houses (there was a possibility that you spawned at the same location as a crate in the house which of course ends badly)

... should be around on TS in around 2 hours.

This is ready for testing @CeltS-Dubbz261, have started this already on my local test server and no errors have shown their head in the logs ... yet ;).

Edit: before I forget to mention it again, this required a update of the life_server.pbo
