Bounty amount doesn't reset when leaving jail

Still shows player as having a bounty once they leave jail. Correct price shows on wanted list, just not on the wanted players screen.

Also once I left jail I couldn't get into any cars until I had left game and rejoined.

have a fix for the 1st issue ready for testing but I need help for this - not sure what is up about not being able to get into cars.
