Add new helicopter (ToDo List)

• Create a branch to try stuff out, new heli physics fe.
• Check for new additional skins: at least one for the orca and some hummingbirds
• Check all released new assets for useful stuff
• Figure out the game design behind the 2 new heli (we need to make a call, not everybody can fly them so does it make sense to add them?

(Currently have not really an idea how to add them nicely into the Server, currently the population is still quite low and these seem more like content for a high population server - do you have any ideas @CeltS-Dubbz261 ? )

We need to try out the advanced helicopter physics before making a call on that one I think.

I would like to add in the new choppers (or at least the Chinese one), and it looks pretty awesome how you can buy and attached the pods separately. We'll have to have a play around tonight to check the stuff out. I'll probably be at T.Cs this evening but will be home later on. I think as long as we make it obvious that if you don't have the DLC, you can't use the chopper it shouldn't be an issue, even though you'll still get nubs who buy them without realising.

Unfortunately I haven't yet managed to make any significant progress on the vehicle systems rework so we might end up having to painstakingly implement this stuff the old way :(
