When seizing weapons it seizes players clothes and backpack etc as well. #93

Suspect it became screwed with 3.1.4.8 - may take a look at finding a newer script to do this - unless you can see a simple fix? We can test it and check log for errors when you're around or if I get change with T.C or someone.
