When a civ is killed. Weapon is duplicated if they are revived. #94

Killed a guy as a cop, took his weapon. Then revived him and he had the weapon again in addition to the one in my inventory.

Durr though I had already taken care of this - should be a quick one just need to make sure that the player inventory is properly saved before a player gets revived (which reloads the items in the inventory).

I thought it was ok tbh, I'm sure it was fine a bunch of times then seemed to go back to being duped.

Need to test this again, this might be fixed as well with my last change to remove cops gear immediately.
