Ascetic issue, not serious

In first image of rendered link, text is trailed by what appears to be an unrecognized or unrendered character, although no trailing character shown in raw view of file. This occurs with all links.

Alternatively could pick a more widely-supported character in https://github.com/premAI-io/state-of-open-source-ai/blob/main/_static/external_target.css#L2
