Changelog entry for 1.7 #104

Hey! Just saw the new release, thanks! Would it be possible to have an updated CHANGELOG.md for it? :)

Here's a comparison between the two tags if you want to see what has changed. Looks to be largely tidying up and fixes.

Hey! I compared versions https://github.com/premailer/css_parser/compare/v1.6.0...v1.7.0 like you suggested before I opened this issue. I just think it would be nice to have the changelog updated so people can more easily have an abstract overview of what changed.

For example, it seems that support for old Ruby versions was dropped. But I cannot tell for certain because it was only .travis.yml that was updated, not the README, CHANGELOG or .gemspec file.

If I can somehow help out, please let me know. :)
