1.9.3-p0 throws warning "iconv will be deprecated in the future, use String#encode instead" #25

This doesn't break anything, just makes it incredibly annoying to use the Gem. I'm not sure how keen you are on 1.8.7 support, but maybe you should patch this somehow.

Just noticed that you fixed this in https://github.com/alexdunae/css_parser/commit/7c1517f65cb7d317c1f4d0ba2744f6146d37fffe that it would be fixed in v 1.2.6 (ref: https://github.com/alexdunae/css_parser/issues/22)
