_training_links counted twice? #8

Hi,

_training_links in linksampling.cc (https://github.com/premgopalan/svinet/blob/f10df14274caffa2952956319aa89fa97305e84c/src/linksampling.cc#L513) is counted twice, which made this line (https://github.com/premgopalan/svinet/blob/f10df14274caffa2952956319aa89fa97305e84c/src/linksampling.cc#L539) different from the equation [S17] in the PNAS paper. Please let me know if I missed something.
