Alert notification failure #267

Since release 300900760 up to 300900770 the app does not generate android notification on alert conditions. Reinstalled 300900759 and the notification restarted.

Unsinstalled and reinstalled many times 300900759 to 300900770 and obtained the same result.

To Reproduce just set any alert limit near to current quotation and wait for alert condition to matc.h

Tested on Samsung Galaxy Note8, Android 9

Just to be sure - is it enabled in settings?

Yes, notification alerts are enabled in the app settings and notifications are enabled in android settings for Stock Widget app
