What's worse about Generate Password passwords without hsxkpasswd?

The Generate Password action seemingly outputs a password even if hsxkpasswd is not installed. In what way is having hsxkpasswd installed preferable?

more secure than the javascript random generated password you get otherwise. also more options like multiple word password.
