Enhance Connector to Support Latest Version of the Salesforce API (20.0) #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to a salesforce instance
2. Start the Query Wizard
3. Display the available objects

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would be nice to see some of the newer objects such as Quotes & PriceBookEntry

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  With
what Salesforce.com edition?

Using latest version of the Connector, version 4.0 of the Force.com Office 
Toolkit & the Winter 11 release of Salesforce.

Please provide any additional information below.

Yes, I also need to access the Quote and QuoteLineItem objects via the 
connector.  Any update on when that might be available in the Excel connector?

Are you on the Enterprise edition ?  can you try to login using the advanced 
button, setting the URL to 20.0 ?

It has been reported that setting the URL does not work.  The product manager 
has indicated that there is no plan to revise the office toolkit to API 
versions above 16.  This is unfortunate as the Excel Connector depends on this 
library to connect to salesfeorce.com
