Monogame version #1

This seems solid enought to be udpated for monogame

I think it is doable reading around in newer monogame docs yes. Last time I checked it monogame had much less features in content pipeline than nowadays.

The only drawback is that content projects can be built now only on x64 if I read docs well, but will be playable even on my x86. Maybe on my work machine I can build those.

That depends of the machine youre using but you can always use legacy version like i does for x86 compilations (Monogame 3.4)
