Code Review: Changing # of moves, Bubble Sum, Bubbles that appear in a level #15

I would like to understand how easy it is to change:

of moves/time for a level

Bubble sum for a level Which bubble values appear in which levels. We are seeing that having 15 in early stages in the game is confusing for kids. May be 5, 10, 20 will be good to start with. So want to know if the configuration allows for changing the bubble values.

As, the Game play is according to the 5,10,15,20. Now to achieve this i need to do some changes in the code. So please let me know that up to what levels you want me to restrict the "15" bubble.
