The tips arent clear. We showed the game to a few kids and they couldnt figure out what needs to be done. The PPT I had sent regarding tips should be followed in creation of tips.
Candy crush does it this way:
They have a pre-defined screen (instead of random screen) for level 1 and they take through the swipes etc to help player understand what they need to do.
After the first step, instead of random bubbles, they send in pre-defined bubbles and show them the next tip (in our case, we would like to share the power bubbles tip as well)
This should be pretty simple - but extremly important step as kids currently dont have any idea what they gotta do with bubbles.
Also - Radha mentioned that the current tip has a green arrow at the bottom - it is not clear whether kids should click it or start swiping. Kids get even more confused by it.
