One of the common problems in acquiring neuroimaging data is accidental changes in scanning parameters (due to manual steps, sequence updates, or scan interruptions). It would be great if QAP could check if all subjects have the same RepetitionTime, EchoTime, SliceTiming, resolution, and scan size (acquisition matrix as well as scan length) and report any abnormalities. Those checks would have to be separated by modalities and runs.

i am thinking that this would be functionality that would happen after QAP? currently we output many of the scanning parameters in the QAP output, by plotting these values outliers can be quickly identified. Would this be a suitable solution?
