Would it be possible to make it 2 way sync ?

Example: tv show in trakt list are added to sonarr but only unwatched are set as monitored in sonarr. If watched status change in trakt, automatically change it in sonarr. If tv show is removed from trakt list, remove it from sonarr.

By example, when I watch a movie, it's scrobbled to trakt and then removed from the watch list. Then Radarr sync the information from Trakt and automatically deleted de movie. This is allowing me to automate the media management.
