Improve handling of passive-like Verbs #105

There are some Verbs that are written as 'be + past-participle' in P1 but are not actually passives. They act more like adjectives. These verbs are:

unite-C (be united with)
marry-B (be married to)
born-A (be born in/at)
concern-A (be concerned about)
be-fulfilled-A (pairs with happen)
lock-B (be locked)
tie-B (be tied (with ropes))
worry (not sure which sense? supposed to pair with concern-A)
hurt-C (be hurt)

We should recognize these words and not treat them as a passive.
