Add "InsertToc" in "/doc/vim-markdown.txt" #563

InsertToc command implemented in https://github.com/plasticboy/vim-markdown/commit/4528ec64f267414433e9f21a1cc1ce93c31e2775 isn't documented in /doc/vim-markdown.txt.

Note: the command is documented in /README.md.

@cdelledonne suggestion: what do you think about add InsertToc in /doc/vim-markdown.txt.
