Libraries are missing from ftp.nlugg.nl #40

Just a heads up; Looks like every file (I've tried) is missing from the server, ex: https://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/vim/runtime/spell/problematic.ascii.spl

Maybe these could be hosted/found on github?
